Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Jfoundry ("we", "us") for your use of the JTower game ("the game"). By downloading or playing the game you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the game.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. If you downloaded the game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; if these terms conflict with it, these terms apply where the law allows.
2. What you may not do
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the game or any part of it.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the game, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Use cheats, exploits, automation, clock manipulation or modified versions of the game, or interfere with its ads or purchases.
- Use the game in any unlawful way.
3. Ownership
The game and all its content (code, art, music, text and names) are owned by Jfoundry or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms give you no ownership rights.
4. In-game currencies and items
The game contains virtual money, currencies and items that you earn by playing or may buy. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and are licensed to you, not sold. We may change or rebalance them. Your progress is stored on your device; we can't restore progress lost because the game was uninstalled or the device was lost or reset.
5. No real-money gambling
Some buildings in the game are themed as casinos. They are scenery only: the game has no wagering, and nothing in it can be won or lost for real money.
6. Purchases
Any in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. All sales are final, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies, except where the law requires otherwise. If a purchase you paid for isn't delivered, contact us.
7. Advertising
The game may show ads from third parties. Rewarded ads are optional. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to. See our Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.
8. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the game, or any feature, at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We don't guarantee the game will always be available or error-free.
9. Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jfoundry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if any. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Termination
Your license ends automatically if you break these terms. You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard by the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
